Spectators: 6654 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dalmacio Goito started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Dalmacio Goito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Blas Francis during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 9 played minutes Figaro FC got a freekick which was hit by Blas Francis. 10 minutes in the game, Augusto Atarratze dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Augusto Atarratze in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maximo Isauro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 12 played minutes Figaro FC got a freekick which was hit by Blas Francis. Adolfo Vela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Txartiko's late challenge caught a San Francisco FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Txartiko helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of San Francisco FC booed when Figaro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Txartiko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Figaro FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Adolfo Vela 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 25th minute, Figaro FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Adolfo Vela fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dalmacio Goito hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Efrain Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmacio Goito in the 39th minute of the match. Efrain Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Goito in the 42nd minute of play. In the 47th minute, Adolfo Vela fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Maximo Isauro, passed just outside the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adolfo Vela to make the kick off. Adolfo Vela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute, Dalmacio Goito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dalmacio Goito in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Efrain Neto saved San Francisco FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Goito in the 67th minute of play forced San Francisco FC's goalkeeper Efrain Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmacio Goito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Efrain Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Figaro FC's Blas Francis got his second yellow card of the match in the 70th minute. The referee ordered Blas Francis off the ground. Maximo Isauro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Vela, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Figaro FC's zone, Adolfo Vela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximo Isauro came out of the goal and Adolfo Vela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Vela in the 75th minute of play forced Figaro FC's goalkeeper Maximo Isauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Atarratze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximo Isauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Atarratze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolfo Vela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Isauro having to interfere. Augusto Atarratze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute Adolfo Vela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Isauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efrain Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Orzaize in the 87th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Norberto Gelmiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Francisco FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Figaro FC the free kick. After 88 played minutes San Francisco FC got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Gelmiro. Rodolfo Orzaize received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Efrain Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 92nd minute of the match Norberto Gelmiro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Norberto Gelmiro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Norberto Gelmiro hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Figaro FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
