In the 18thth minute of the game Teofilo Isidor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Mismos de Siempre's Cecilio Ciceron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cecilio Ciceron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Delfino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th match minute, Los Mismos de Siempre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Emmanuel to maneuver through the defense. Faustino Fidencio hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Los Mismos de Siempre's Cayetano Emmanuel got a free kick in the 27th minute. The supporters of Los Teros booed when Los Mismos de Siempre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Eufrasio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Los Teros's Israel Cristofol quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Anier Milian, made in the 35th minute of the game. Cecilio Ciceron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Isidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Los Mismos de Siempre's Cecilio Ciceron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Delfino in the 47th minute of play. Teofilo Isidor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Los Teros were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A wasted opportunity for Los Teros. 60 minutes into the game, 范兴榕 was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Teros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Mismos de Siempre the free kick. 范兴榕 kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Teofilo Isidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Ciceron having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Los Mismos de Siempre's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Teofilo Isidor fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With splendid footwork Teofilo Isidor arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-3 by the left pole in the game's 77th minute. Teofilo Isidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Teofilo Isidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Teofilo Isidor came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Los Teros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilo Isidor couldn't finish the play.
