Spectators: 7331 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 145) Herminio Arce started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Herminio Arce's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evaristo Gines was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. If Augusto Medero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, Silvestre Pepillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Medero in the 23rd minute of play forced MZ 2018's goalkeeper Evaristo Gines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evaristo Gines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Arce in the 26th minute of the match. After 30 minutes of play, Galisteo's Jaime Cai made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evaristo Gines was left in no man's land by his defense there! The attack was good, but when Jaime Cai in the 40th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Herminio Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The MZ 2018 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Galisteo were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baldomiro Tartalo made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Galisteo's Augusto Medero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evaristo Gines narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, MZ 2018's Evaristo Gines got control of the ball when Herminio Arce tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in MZ 2018's zone, Herminio Arce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evaristo Gines came out of the goal and Herminio Arce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaime Cai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Evaristo Gines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Jaime Cai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galisteo's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Cai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Gines breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvestre Pepillo during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Silvestre Pepillo hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Matias Firme kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, MZ 2018's Isaac Cordarrel broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Herminio Arce's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Evaristo Gines skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. MZ 2018's Evaristo Gines proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save MZ 2018 from getting a goal against them. The supporters of MZ 2018 booed when Galisteo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Ledesma didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baldomiro Tartalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Mario Naldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herminio Arce had several of the MZ 2018's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 88 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Evaristo Gines as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 94 played minutes Galisteo got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Ledesma. The MZ 2018 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Galisteo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
