The audience thought a goal was coming when Uğurcan Yiğitoğlu got free with Tobias Claus in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Quinten in the 14th minute of play forced Bordeu's goalkeeper Naci Garkalin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Bordeu's Felipe Canor got a free kick in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Cavanagh AFC's goalkeeper Tobias Claus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uğurcan Yiğitoğlu. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basilio Guillelme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 79thth minute of the game Astor Odilon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cavanagh AFC's Tobias Claus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Cavanagh AFC's Vinicio Iruinea got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 81 played minutes Cavanagh AFC got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Lopes. After some careless play in the Cavanagh AFC defense, Uğurcan Yiğitoğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tobias Claus. The Cavanagh AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tobias Claus should have stopped the shot. Tobias Claus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urbano Udalaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Astor Odilon came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Bordeu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Astor Odilon couldn't finish the play. In the 97th minute, Uğurcan Yiğitoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bordeu's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
