Spectators: 7266 (Terracing: 5451, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 144) Cebollitas F.C.'s Daniel Amato started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Serafin Mincho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Oriche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardino Donostia charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardino Donostia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cebollitas F.C. getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Bernardino Donostia hit a great ball. Rogelio Urtats took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serafin Mincho. Serafin Mincho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 11th minute, SANTOS F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Siro Belmiro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Siro Belmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ezequiel Demesio during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, SANTOS F.C.'s Ezequiel Demesio got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th match minute, SANTOS F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Manni to maneuver through the defense. After 22 played minutes SANTOS F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Bingen. SANTOS F.C.'s Eleuterio Gaizkine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Amato in the 24th minute of play. Siro Belmiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Eleuterio Gaizkine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eleuterio Gaizkine made an important save on a dangerous shot by Siro Belmiro in the 37th minute. With his leg Eleuterio Gaizkine managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Cebollitas F.C.'s Siro Belmiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Daniel Amato came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Cebollitas F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Amato couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Cebollitas F.C.'s Gaston Bortzaioriz got a free kick in the 44th minute. Rogelio Urtats took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serafin Mincho. Serafin Mincho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rogelio Urtats made a kick off. Cebollitas F.C.'s Bernardino Donostia got his second yellow card of the match in the 52nd minute. The referee ordered Bernardino Donostia off the ground. After 53 played minutes Cebollitas F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Donostia. Cebollitas F.C.'s Siro Belmiro got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Siro Belmiro struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Eleuterio Gaizkine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cebollitas F.C.. Siro Belmiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Gaizkine having to interfere. Eleuterio Gaizkine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Belmiro in the 66th minute of the match. Daniel Amato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amado Oriche during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Cebollitas F.C.'s goalkeeper Serafin Mincho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Rogelio Urtats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in SANTOS F.C.'s zone, Luciano Mincho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eleuterio Gaizkine came out of the goal and Luciano Mincho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rogelio Urtats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Mincho having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, SANTOS F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Joachim to maneuver through the defense. Cebollitas F.C.'s German Efraim couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 90th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SANTOS F.C.. When the final whistle went the supporters of SANTOS F.C. were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Cebollitas F.C. side.
