After a defensive mix-up in LOS CANAYAS FC's zone, Gustavo Astigar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Veto came out of the goal and Gustavo Astigar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute, Teodosio Gombal made a precise shot to the right of Filiberto Argi. CF Talleres de Cba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Estebe got free with Roman Veto in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filiberto Argi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Jatsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Franz-Josef Beckenbauer hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Gustavo Astigar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filiberto Argi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Kinsen in the 24th minute of play. Gustavo Astigar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Veto having to interfere. When CF Talleres de Cba's Adan Celio in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LOS CANAYAS FC's goalie prevented a goal. Gustavo Astigar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Roman Veto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, LOS CANAYAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Astigar came free, but Roman Veto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 minutes of play, CF Talleres de Cba's Kenny Bell made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roman Veto was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Gustavo Astigar managed to get in a good position for a shot. CF Talleres de Cba's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Astigar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Veto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gustavo Astigar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Roman Veto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Astigar in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Veto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When CF Talleres de Cba's Gustavo Astigar in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 64th minute, Gustavo Astigar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CF Talleres de Cba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 68 minutes into the game, Gustavo Astigar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Roman Veto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roman Veto came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by CF Talleres de Cba's Gustavo Astigar. But to his dismay, Gustavo Astigar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 74 minutes into the match, Gustavo Astigar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Veto. LOS CANAYAS FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustavo Astigar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Teodosio Gombal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Filiberto Argi made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Gombal in the 84th minute of play forced CF Talleres de Cba's goalkeeper Filiberto Argi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kenny Bell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Roman Veto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Gustavo Astigar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Veto. LOS CANAYAS FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustavo Astigar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. The audience was convinced that Kenny Bell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roman Veto was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Cesar Joanes charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cesar Joanes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gustavo Astigar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Veto having to interfere. CF Talleres de Cba's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
