With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerardo Suarez in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximino Urbasa saved de locos from getting behind. After 19 played minutes, de locos's Aldo Jakes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Honorato Arnalt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in de locos reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eulalio Perez got free with Honorato Arnalt in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th match minute, de locos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Oriche to maneuver through the defense. Gerardo Suarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Urbasa having to interfere. If Americo Oalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Ezequil F.C.'s Ruben Mederi got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Ezequil F.C. were furious when Leo Basajaun was red carded, 47 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 50th minute, when de locos's Aldo Jakes after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Honorato Arnalt in Ezequil F.C.'s goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Julian Chuse made the kick off in the second half. Americo Oalo struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Honorato Arnalt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for de locos. After having played for 69 minutes, Eulalio Perez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. de locos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eulalio Perez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Honorato Arnalt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Oalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Chuse got free with Maximino Urbasa in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Honorato Arnalt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Perez in the 80th minute of the match. Americo Oalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Arnalt having to interfere. If Eulalio Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eulalio Perez in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Honorato Arnalt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Honorato Arnalt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Perez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Eulalio Perez managed to get in a good position for a shot. de locos's supporters rose to their feet, but Eulalio Perez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Arnalt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. de locos walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
