Raimundo Furman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Fidel Santio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Teodoro Gaizkine came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Guajal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Gaizkine couldn't finish the play. Paolo Senio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guajal's Teodoro Gaizkine got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Artemio Chinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Dantae in the 33rd minute of play. Raimundo Furman scored 0-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fidel Santio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute, Guajal's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Esteve Dantae fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Amadeo Florinio kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anier Turi to make the kick off. Anier Turi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Artemio Chinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 62 minutes, Rene Danel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrancas FC and the Guajal players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Barrancas FC's Rene Danel got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Denis Hats charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Hats the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, Denis Hats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fidel Santio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 66th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Americo Cordarrell. Esteve Dantae fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Chinto having to interfere. Raimundo Furman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Santio having to interfere. A collision led to Guajal getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Tobias Barto hit a great ball. Barrancas FC's Esteve Dantae got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Esteve Dantae got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Barrancas FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Guajal's performance. The match ended with a win for Guajal.
