Spectators: 6655 (Terracing: 5003, Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aldo Colon got the match started through his kick off. Iker Ondino did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised German Cresconio 5 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the game, Matheu's Romeo Martinez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. German Cresconio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 13th minute, Iker Ondino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of German Cresconio. The goal made the score 3-0. When Iker Ondino came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Matheu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iker Ondino couldn't finish the play. Aldo Colon scored 3-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guillermo Garci, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aldo Colon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Matheu's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Mano came free, but Guillermo Garci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute Aldo Colon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Garci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iker Ondino was extremely unlucky when he, in the 43rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Romeo Martinezs short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got German Cresconio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Matheu's zone, Aldo Colon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guillermo Garci came out of the goal and Aldo Colon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iker Ondino was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the corrientes porà FC defense, Iker Ondino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of German Cresconio. The corrientes porà FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that German Cresconio should have stopped the shot. Iker Ondino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guillermo Garci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Colon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matheu's Romeo Martinez got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to corrientes porà FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Eliseo Vitin hit a great ball. In the 91st minute Romeo Martinez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Cresconio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Matheu's Jacobo Fonso got a free kick in the 93rd minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the corrientes porà FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Matheu.
