An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Ipar in the 15th minute of play forced Temperley F.C.'s goalkeeper Cayetano Tonio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Octavio Ipar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cayetano Tonio was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. With a little luck, Guascan FC's Atilano Ereinotz got control of the ball when Edgardo Olando tried to sneak it across the goal line. Octavio Ipar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Cayetano Tonio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ruben Mero's late challenge caught a Guascan FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruben Mero helped the player get up and apologised. Atilano Ereinotz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Olando in the 75th minute of play. Teodosio Romelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atilano Ereinotz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Fix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Aureliano Asier fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guascan FC's protests and gave Aureliano Asier a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th match minute, Guascan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Asier to maneuver through the defense. Cayetano Tonio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Blanco in the 88th minute of play. The Guascan FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
