A collision led to Pie de Ángel getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Evaristo Piearres hit a great ball. After 9 played minutes WAITING FC got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Peruanton. After 11 played minutes Pie de Ángel got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Lluis. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Prudencio Vasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. WAITING FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Vasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto Illart breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 15 minutes, Benigno Abajas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the WAITING FC and the Pie de Ángel players grew even worse after the yellow card. Benigno Abajas kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Prudencio Vasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Nereo Ignado could shoot a difficult shot in the 20th minute, which Domingo Santio however easily saved by the left post. Fausto Illart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Boniel, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 25 played minutes Pie de Ángel got a freekick which was hit by Severo Ibañez. Fausto Illart took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Boniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rogelio Boniel to make the kick off. WAITING FC were furious when Benigno Abajas was red carded, 51 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 52nd match minute, WAITING FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benigno Abajas to maneuver through the defense. WAITING FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pie de Ángel the free kick. Pie de Ángel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Epifanio Loiola was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Prudencio Vasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prudencio Vasco got free with Fausto Illart in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Epifanio Loiola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Illart having to interfere. Nemesio Lluis hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Rogelio Boniel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Fausto Illart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, WAITING FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Lluis came free, but Domingo Santio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
