Zacarias Faro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Pase al Pie F.C. After a rather tough play, Shines's Faustino Merexildo got a free kick in the 20th minute. Felix Efren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Faro having to interfere. Zacarias Faro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Gaufred in the 23rd minute of the match. 0-1 became the score in the 25th minute when Felix Efren elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Tello in the 30th minute of play forced Shines's goalkeeper Zacarias Faro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zacarias Faro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Gaufred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Felix Efren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Generoso Nicholas in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dario Jerrald saved El Pase al Pie F.C from getting behind. The Shines players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. El Pase al Pie F.C were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Generoso Nicholas to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Shines's Zacarias Faro got control of the ball when Guido Gaufred tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Felix Efren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. El Pase al Pie F.C played a much better game than Shines and deserved their victory. The Shines players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
