Timoteo Ferrer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Checa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10thth minute of the game Karl-Erik Strömberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Keith Richards project RC's Melquiades Felipo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ramiro Goyo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ramiro Goyo might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Felipo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramiro Goyo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Quin in the 20th minute of play forced Almagro FC's goalkeeper Timoteo Ferrer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Timoteo Ferrer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Inge in the 25th minute of play. Karl-Erik Strömberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timoteo Ferrer was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Domingo Checa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Domingo Checa really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santo Inge was the one to do the kick off. If Ambrosio Galoer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 minutes of play, Keith Richards project RC's Domingo Checa made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Timoteo Ferrer was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Ramiro Goyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Keith Richards project RC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Mateo Porfirio hit a great ball. Melquiades Felipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Galoer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Almagro FC's Karl-Erik Strömberg got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Timoteo Ferrer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Quin, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Ramiro Goyo made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Felipo. Keith Richards project RC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Mateo Porfirio kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Almagro FC's Cristobal Oro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 88th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Keith Richards project RC. When Karl-Erik Strömberg came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Almagro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Erik Strömberg couldn't finish the play. Karl-Erik Strömberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Melquiades Felipo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Almagro FC's Timoteo Ferrer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Checa in the 93rd minute of play. Karl-Erik Strömberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Felipo having to interfere. Jaime Firman hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Melquiades Felipo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Erik Strömberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Keith Richards project RC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Almagro FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
