The tension between the Keith Richards project RC and the Gimnasia y Esgrima de LP players grew even worse after the yellow card. Domingo Checa kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. A collision led to Keith Richards project RC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Amado Quin hit a great ball. If Cleto Mede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, Keith Richards project RC's Jaime Firman broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Keith Richards project RC's Melquiades Felipo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Keith Richards project RC from getting a goal against them. 32 minutes into the match, Gimnasia y Esgrima de LP's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Inge came free, but Enzo Etxatxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Cleto Mede came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Keith Richards project RC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cleto Mede couldn't finish the play. Santo Inge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Enzo Etxatxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gimnasia y Esgrima de LP's Enzo Etxatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Mede in the 40th minute of play. Melquiades Felipo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ladislao Jatsu in the 44th minute. Enzo Etxatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Inge in the 48th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Melquiades Felipo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Hurko, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Israel Hurko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melquiades Felipo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Melquiades Felipo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Israel Hurko's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. If Santo Inge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleto Mede could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Enzo Etxatxu made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amado Quin during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amado Quin hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, Israel Hurko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melquiades Felipo. Keith Richards project RC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Israel Hurko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Keith Richards project RC's goalkeeper Melquiades Felipo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Melquiades Felipo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Hurko in the 81st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cleto Mede got free with Enzo Etxatxu in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristo Bilintx kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Jaime Firman in the 90th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Enzo Etxatxu's left hand side. Melquiades Felipo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Israel Hurko's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Gimnasia y Esgrima de LP were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Keith Richards project RC for a fine match.
