Rene Osasun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Panfilo having to interfere. In the 18thth minute of the game Geronimo Veto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgrano's Omar Felo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ildefonso Umea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Reynaldo Panfilo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Salame Tandilero FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Isidoro Mino hit a great ball. Epifanio Venceslas struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Reynaldo Panfilo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belgrano. With a little luck, Salame Tandilero FC's Reynaldo Panfilo got control of the ball when Rene Osasun tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Leon Indar, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 36 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Omar Felo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Leon Indar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salame Tandilero FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Ildefonso Umea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Omar Felo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Indar in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when Geronimo Veto made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Leon Indar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salame Tandilero FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leon Indar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Omar Felo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Geronimo Veto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Omar Felo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 58 minutes, Geronimo Veto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salame Tandilero FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geronimo Veto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leon Indar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Omar Felo having to make a save. Ildefonso Umea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Panfilo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Umea in the 66th minute of play forced Salame Tandilero FC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Panfilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamin Mel hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Salame Tandilero FC's zone, Rene Osasun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo Panfilo came out of the goal and Rene Osasun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ildefonso Umea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Panfilo having to interfere.
