Reynaldo Panfilo came out of the goal and Eugenio Larra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Eugenio Larra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Salame Tandilero FC's Geronimo Veto got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clodoveo Nataniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the match, Geronimo Veto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cirilo Sagrario. Berretta FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geronimo Veto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Cirilo Sagrario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Indar in the 54th minute of the match. Geronimo Veto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Sagrario having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Primitivo Foro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Larra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Berretta FC's goalkeeper Cirilo Sagrario, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rd minute Geronimo Veto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Sagrario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geronimo Veto scored 3-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cirilo Sagrario, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Reynaldo Panfilo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clodoveo Nataniel in the 90th minute. After some careless play in the Salame Tandilero FC defense, Clodoveo Nataniel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reynaldo Panfilo. The Salame Tandilero FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Panfilo should have stopped the shot. Salame Tandilero FC's Reynaldo Panfilo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Salame Tandilero FC from getting a goal against them.
