In the 5th minute Vinicio Vedillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Sagrario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Capitán Rosales FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Rodolfo Maore hit a great ball. Donato Matro stood somewhat misplaced when Eugenio Larra came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 9 minute. If Clodoveo Nataniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Larra was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 14th minute. Berretta FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With his leg Donato Matro managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Berretta FC's Clodoveo Nataniel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Berretta FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Erasmo Rudolfo hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Natalio Refugio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Berretta FC's Cirilo Sagrario didn't even have to move. Serafino Santio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Cirilo Sagrario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serafino Santio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Sagrario having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Placido Clodio during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 32 played minutes Capitán Rosales FC got a freekick which was hit by Placido Clodio. 40 minutes into the match, Capitán Rosales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Larra came free, but Donato Matro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clodoveo Nataniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Matro having to interfere. 48 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Maore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capitán Rosales FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berretta FC the free kick. After 48 played minutes Capitán Rosales FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Maore. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serafino Santio to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Berretta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Beltran to maneuver through the defense. Cirilo Sagrario was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Serafino Santio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Serafino Santio really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 61st minute Serafino Santio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Sagrario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Larra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Matro having to interfere. Eugenio Larra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Donato Matro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Clodoveo Nataniel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Donato Matro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donato Matro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Larra, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Capitán Rosales FC's Placido Clodio got his second yellow card of the match in the 71st minute. The referee ordered Placido Clodio off the ground. The supporters of Berretta FC booed when Capitán Rosales FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Clodio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Capitán Rosales FC's goalkeeper Donato Matro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Clodoveo Nataniel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute, Romeo Ulizes had to leave the field with a concussion. When Rodolfo Maore was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 78 minutes had been played. Rodolfo Maore hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute Clodoveo Nataniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Matro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Clodoveo Nataniel came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Berretta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clodoveo Nataniel couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute, Clodoveo Nataniel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donato Matro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Capitán Rosales FC's zone, Manuel Pueblo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donato Matro came out of the goal and Manuel Pueblo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Donato Matro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Larra, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Berretta FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
