Spectators: 6657 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Serafino Santio made the kick off which started today's match. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Mario Tibalt sped through Capitán Rosales FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Donato Matro. Donato Matro made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Benicio Silvino sent off a good shot on target. If Mario Tibalt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godfredo Argina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 minutes of play, Capitán Rosales FC's Serafino Santio made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jairo Marino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vinicio Vedillo's late challenge caught a El Barza FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vinicio Vedillo helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Capitán Rosales FC's Donato Matro got control of the ball when Benicio Silvino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jairo Marino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Vedillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in El Barza FC's zone, Serafino Santio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Marino came out of the goal and Serafino Santio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, El Barza FC's Luis Pero got a free kick in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mario Tibalt to make the kick off. 1-2 became the score in the 53rd minute when Vinicio Vedillo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The El Barza FC fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when El Barza FC's Benicio Silvino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Serafino Santio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Delmar Ramone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vinicio Vedillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Jairo Marino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute Serafino Santio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Marino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Capitán Rosales FC's Placido Clodio got a free kick in the 69th minute. 72 minutes into the match, El Barza FC's goal looked a bit too open when Serafino Santio came free, but Jairo Marino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Matro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anastasio Lia went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Benicio Silvino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Serafino Santio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vinicio Vedillo got free with Jairo Marino in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benicio Silvino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Matro having to interfere. El Barza FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Capitán Rosales FC for a fine match.
