The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingo Natanael during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ezequiel Gumaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Gauargi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marciano Rexino in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rigoberto Txatxu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 26th minute, German Gauargi made a precise shot to the right of Ezequiel Gumaro. 9 de diciembre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Ezequiel Gumaro had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Marco Patrido's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Javier Caton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rigoberto Txatxu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when German Gauargi made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marciano Rexino in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rigoberto Txatxu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 52 minutes of play, 9 de diciembre's Javier Caton made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rigoberto Txatxu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 55th match minute, Larroque FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Berasko to maneuver through the defense. Javier Caton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rigoberto Txatxu. In the 80th minute Saverio Normando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Txatxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. During this time 9 de diciembre's players had a chance to rest. 9 de diciembre's Javier Caton was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rigoberto Txatxu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some careless play in the Larroque FC defense, Javier Caton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rigoberto Txatxu. The Larroque FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rigoberto Txatxu should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the 9 de diciembre players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
