Christian Henrico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Bruno Telmo made a huge save. A collision led to Merayo getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Anibal Hechter hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Sandaili in the 8th minute of play forced Tabay's goalkeeper Vicente Salvadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Atilano Ticho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Merayo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Bruno Telmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Ubendu in the 13th minute of the match. Cristobal Horado hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Merayo's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Ubendu came free, but Bruno Telmo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Ubendu in the 24th minute of play forced Merayo's goalkeeper Bruno Telmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gervasio Lapurdi kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Vicente Salvadore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Sandaili in the 30th minute of the match. Severo Sandaili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Vicente Salvadore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristobal Horado shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 42 minutes into the match, Tabay's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Ticho came free, but Vicente Salvadore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severo Sandaili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Vicente Salvadore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Merayo's Bruno Telmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Ubendu in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th match minute, Tabay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Niva to maneuver through the defense. Augusto Ubendu struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Bruno Telmo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tabay. In the 61st minute, Atilano Ticho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Severo Sandaili came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Merayo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severo Sandaili couldn't finish the play. Bruno Telmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Henrico in the 66th minute of the match. Vicente Salvadore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilano Ticho, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The supporters of Merayo booed when Tabay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Sergi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Henrico might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Telmo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian Henrico ran back to his position shaking his head. Bruno Telmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Ubendu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Telmo came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Tabay's Augusto Ubendu. But to his dismay, Augusto Ubendu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Vicente Salvadore made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Severo Sandaili sent off a good shot on target. Atilano Ticho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Salvadore having to interfere. Christian Henrico struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Bruno Telmo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tabay. Marcelo Breogan's late challenge caught a Merayo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelo Breogan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd minute Gervasio Lapurdi managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Merayo were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
