Melquiades Favila came out of the goal and Silverio Asier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, real barril's Silverio Asier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Melquiades Favila narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Melquiades Favila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silverio Asier's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Florencio Kauldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silverio Asier in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melquiades Favila saved Coby The Dog from getting behind. If Ruben Crispo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Favila came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by real barril's Clodoveo Macario. But to his dismay, Clodoveo Macario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 47 minutes into the match, Silverio Asier notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Coby The Dog's Melquiades Favila. Melquiades Favila was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anastasio Ofelio to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Coby The Dog's goalkeeper Melquiades Favila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victoriano Gomesano. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silverio Asier couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Asier in the 78th minute of play forced Coby The Dog's goalkeeper Melquiades Favila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Coby The Dog's goalkeeper Melquiades Favila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victoriano Gomesano. Coby The Dog's Melquiades Favila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Mattin in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Silverio Asier dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Melquiades Favila, 0-6.
