Benedicto Fidencio in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Melchor Pio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 19 minutes into the match, Benedicto Fidencio notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Gowland's Melchor Pio. Melchor Pio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Gowland's Melchor Pio got control of the ball when Benedicto Fidencio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benedicto Fidencio in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. After taking down the ball on Canaya Fulbo Clú's corner Aristides Mederi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Melchor Pio quite easily take care of the ball. After 40 played minutes Gowland got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Mambru. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benedicto Fidencio in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melchor Pio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Atilano Socorro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benedicto Fidencio made a kick off. Melchor Pio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Bautista in the 55th minute of play. Nereo Servando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Arnoldo Lorien made a huge save. Atilano Socorro struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Melchor Pio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canaya Fulbo Clú. After 67th play minutes Benedicto Fidencio shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Melchor Pio and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Fidencio in the 71st minute of play forced Gowland's goalkeeper Melchor Pio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Gowland's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Fidencio came free, but Melchor Pio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Canaya Fulbo Clú's supporters rose to their feet, but Atilano Socorro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melchor Pio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Atilano Socorro in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melchor Pio saved Gowland from getting behind. In the 94th minute, Federico Llorenc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Canaya Fulbo Clú's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
