Tadeo Fernado was slow to take the kick. During this time Deportes 4 de junio's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Deportes 4 de junio's corner Tadeo Fernado fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tobias Loren quite easily take care of the ball. Melquiades Abancens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moises Galsino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fermin Lobo in the 12th minute of the match. Deportes 4 de junio's Moises Galsino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Lobo in the 16th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cayetano Manuelo during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Cayetano Manuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute, Fermin Lobo made a precise shot to the right of Moises Galsino. After the first half Deportivo Balvanera were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reynaldo Leocadio made a kick off. Victoriano Vincente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Loren having to interfere. Tobias Loren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Inautzi in the 58th minute of the match. The supporters of Deportes 4 de junio booed when Deportivo Balvanera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Lobo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobias Loren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Vincente, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Victoriano Vincente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportes 4 de junio's supporters rose to their feet, but Victoriano Vincente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Loren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute, Melquiades Abancens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victoriano Vincente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Tobias Loren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Melquiades Abancens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Tobias Loren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Despite being the better team, Deportes 4 de junio failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
