Benjamin Maldonado kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Atilano Astudillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Fiz in the 17th minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Nogolí AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Eneto to maneuver through the defense. 0 DESCENSOS's Pepe Santoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Orti in the 26th minute of play. If Fausto Orti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Lauren hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as 0 DESCENSOS's Narciso Fiz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Atilano Astudillo. That made the score 1-0 after 33 minutes of play. Pepe Santoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Orti, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Nogolí AFC's Bonifacio Opilano got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Nogolí AFC's zone, Narciso Fiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atilano Astudillo came out of the goal and Narciso Fiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Narciso Fiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Atilano Astudillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 66 minutes, Guido Urki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 0 DESCENSOS and the Nogolí AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fausto Orti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Pepe Santoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atilano Astudillo came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by 0 DESCENSOS's Narciso Fiz. But to his dismay, Narciso Fiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Atilano Astudillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Vigil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Fiz in the 76th minute of play forced Nogolí AFC's goalkeeper Atilano Astudillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaime Beltran kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Atilano Astudillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Narciso Fiz's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. 0 DESCENSOS's Guido Urki got his second yellow card of the match in the 84th minute. The referee ordered Guido Urki off the ground. Guido Urki kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Sebastian Eneto kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Silvano Lartaun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Atilano Astudillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bonifacio Opilano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nogolí AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
