Spectators: 7269 (Terracing: 5453, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) Faro FC's Eustaquio Iliana started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Faro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Mikeldi to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Fisherton FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ramiro Franco hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Iliana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Faro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fisherton FC the free kick. The supporters of Fisherton FC booed when Faro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Iliana didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Erasmo Montel came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Fisherton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Montel couldn't finish the play. Erasmo Montel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damaso Vistruario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Iliana, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. A collision led to Fisherton FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ramiro Franco hit a great ball.

The audience was convinced that Eustaquio Iliana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damaso Vistruario was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. When Hugo Mikeldi came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Faro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Mikeldi couldn't finish the play. If Eustaquio Iliana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Eustaquio Iliana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fisherton FC's zone, Hugo Mikeldi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damaso Vistruario came out of the goal and Hugo Mikeldi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gilberto Lehior fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Belasko having to interfere. Silvestre Belasko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Montel in the 92nd minute of play. The Fisherton FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
