Domingos Oier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camilo Lapurdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Calixto in the 18th minute of play. Jacinto Efraim hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Elias Jokin scored 0-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Lapurdi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 47 minutes into the match, Cotita's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Calixto came free, but Camilo Lapurdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eliseo Calixto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Eliseo Calixto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Cotita fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Cotita's Apolo Romelio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Camilo Lapurdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Calixto, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. A collision led to Cotita getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Eustaquio Eguzki hit a great ball. FC Talita 04's Silvestre Montae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Oier in the 70th minute of play. With a little luck, Cotita's Camilo Lapurdi got control of the ball when Elias Jokin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Camilo Lapurdi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elias Jokin in the 74th minute. Jacinto Efraim hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 83rdth minute of the game Apolo Romelio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Talita 04's Silvestre Montae was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Cotita's Ermegildo Dominguez got a free kick in the 89th minute. FC Talita 04's Carmelo Chale couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 90th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cotita. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
