When Cristian Lleir came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Once Tiros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Lleir couldn't finish the play. When Ezequiel Urki fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MORGAN FC's protests and gave Ezequiel Urki a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to MORGAN FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Ezequiel Urki hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gervasio Mergildo got free with Claudio Urki in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Claudio Urki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Jerico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MORGAN FC's Ezequiel Urki got his second yellow card of the match in the 28th minute. The referee ordered Ezequiel Urki off the ground. Ezequiel Urki kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Cristian Lleir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fernando Rainerio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nereo Ciceron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Urki having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Gervasio Mergildo managed to get in a good position for a shot. MORGAN FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gervasio Mergildo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Urki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 46 minutes, Gervasio Mergildo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MORGAN FC and the Once Tiros players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to MORGAN FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Gervasio Mergildo hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristian Lleir was the one to do the kick off. Gervasio Mergildo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 54 minutes of play, MORGAN FC's Gervasio Mergildo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudio Urki was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Once Tiros's goalkeeper Claudio Urki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Once Tiros's Claudio Urki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Jerico in the 65th minute of play. Gervasio Mergildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Cristian Lleir reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fernando Rainerio. The goal made the score 1-2. Evaristo Jerico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Claudio Urki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Once Tiros's goalkeeper Claudio Urki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Nahia during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Juan Nahia hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Evaristo Jerico charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evaristo Jerico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Once Tiros booed when MORGAN FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Jerico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Rainerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Lleir in the 82nd minute of play. If Gervasio Mergildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudio Urki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gervasio Mergildo went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 93rd minute, Nereo Ciceron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Ixona in the 96th minute of play forced Once Tiros's goalkeeper Claudio Urki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Once Tiros succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though MORGAN FC had controlled the match.
