Ciro Normando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Ariel Quinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Celso Atarratze's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ariel Quinton was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Celso Atarratze sped through Springfield F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ariel Quinton. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celso Atarratze in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Quinton saved Springfield F.C. from getting behind. 28 minutes into the match, Springfield F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Millano came free, but Ariel Quinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ariel Quinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Normando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, Celso Atarratze cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ariel Quinton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Celso Atarratze sped through Springfield F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ariel Quinton. The Murphy fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Murphy's Celso Atarratze looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 46 minutes into the game, Celso Atarratze cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Ariel Quinton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

After a defensive mix-up in Springfield F.C.'s zone, Tadeo Millano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Quinton came out of the goal and Tadeo Millano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 54 minutes into the match, Springfield F.C.'s goalkeeper Ariel Quinton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celso Atarratze. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celso Atarratze in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Quinton saved Springfield F.C. from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Springfield F.C.'s Juan Balendin got a free kick in the 57th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Tadeo Millano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ariel Quinton, 0-7. Ariel Quinton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celso Atarratze in the 64th minute. Ariel Quinton made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Domingos Mundo sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Springfield F.C. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Gaudencio Kepa hit a great ball. Celso Atarratze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 68 minutes in the game, Tadeo Millano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ariel Quinton having to interfere. Ariel Quinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Atarratze in the 70th minute of play. Springfield F.C.'s Ariel Quinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Atarratze in the 75th minute of play. Ariel Quinton stood somewhat misplaced when Celso Atarratze came free in front of goal and shot 0-8 to the left of him in the 78 minute. Ciro Normando took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ariel Quinton. Ariel Quinton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. Ariel Quinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Atarratze in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of Murphy booed when Springfield F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Osmundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 95 minutes, Enrique Cordarius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Springfield F.C. and the Murphy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 95 played minutes Springfield F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Cordarius. Celso Atarratze did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-12 to the left of a surprised Ariel Quinton 97 minutes into the match.
