After a defensive mix-up in TELLENOELOYO's zone, Damaso Galindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Lope came out of the goal and Damaso Galindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the match, Santo Loren dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Desiderio Maurino, 1-0. Fabian Lope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Galindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santo Lorens short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Desiderio Maurino to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 29thth minute of the game Leo Torres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TELLENOELOYO's Fabian Lope was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Torres in the 30th minute of play forced TELLENOELOYO's goalkeeper Fabian Lope to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Velloso's Desiderio Maurino got control of the ball when Santo Loren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Desiderio Maurino yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damaso Galindo was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Santo Loren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Desiderio Maurino. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
