Spectators: 7217 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Victorio Sol made the kick off which started today's match. In the 11th minute, Albino Franco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelo Cordarrel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Albino Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Cordarrel having to interfere. When Jorge Endura came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the River MdP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Endura couldn't finish the play. After having played for 20 minutes, Gualterio Abeitia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. River MdP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gualterio Abeitia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcelo Cordarrel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Franco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to River MdP getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Melchor Firme hit a great ball. La Lonja FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zacarias Endira in the 26th minute. La Lonja FC's Zacarias Endira was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcelo Cordarrel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jorge Endura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Iban having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Sol in the 32nd minute of play forced River MdP's goalkeeper Marcelo Cordarrel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Iban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualterio Abeitia, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. A collision led to La Lonja FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Nicolas Iraido hit a great ball. In the 35th minute of the match, Gualterio Abeitia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benito Iban saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Benito Iban made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Endura in the 38th minute. When Artemio Ruisko fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Lonja FC's protests and gave Artemio Ruisko a yellow card for diving instead. Leonardo Ponzio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, La Lonja FC's Zacarias Endira broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Victorio Sol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gualterio Abeitia to make the kick off. Leo Cuarto charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leo Cuarto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th minute of the match Godofredo Ioritz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Iban showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Gualterio Abeitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benito Iban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Endura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Leonardo Ponzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Alberto Pacorro put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Iban. When Alberto Pacorro fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored River MdP's protests and gave Alberto Pacorro a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes River MdP got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Pacorro. In the 85th minute, Leonardo Ponzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When River MdP's Gualterio Abeitia in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Lonja FC's goalie prevented a goal. Albino Franco struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Marcelo Cordarrel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Lonja FC. Leonardo Ponzio kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
