Manantiales Junior FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Handi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paolo Valente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oasis's Paolo Valente proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Oasis from getting a goal against them. Paolo Valente made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ezequiel Abascal in the 13th minute. When Angelo Handi came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Manantiales Junior FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Handi couldn't finish the play. In the 28thth minute of the game Humberto Uzuri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manantiales Junior FC's Faustino Gaizkine was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ezequiel Abascal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paolo Valente having to make a save. If Humberto Uzuri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Oasis's goalkeeper Paolo Valente had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Abascal. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oasis's goalkeeper Paolo Valente, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Manantiales Junior FC's Angelo Handi got a free kick in the 45th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
