Fernan Bizen kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Jacobo Ur's late challenge caught a Calabacillas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacobo Ur helped the player get up and apologised. 14 minutes into the game, Fernan Bizen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cavanagh's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calabacillas the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jesus Sengrat in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Prospero Txomin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Calabacillas's Prospero Txomin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Ur in the 26th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Calabacillas's Guaberto Ubarna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luis Naelio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jesus Sengrat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Txomin having to interfere. In the 42nd minute Jesus Sengrat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Txomin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guaberto Ubarna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
