Vinicio Cristofol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saturnino Gagriel in the 10th minute. Real Palermo's Vinicio Cristofol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Mikolas in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Koi booed when Real Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Baraquiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Anier Lehoi made a precise shot to the right of Vinicio Cristofol. Real Palermo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Basilio Asur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Valerio in the 17th minute of the match. Saturnino Gagriel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Cristofol having to interfere. When Marcelo Iratze fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Palermo's protests and gave Marcelo Iratze a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Real Palermo's Marcelo Iratze got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Koi's Saturnino Gagriel tried to score from far away in the 23rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Saturnino Gagriel took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vinicio Cristofol. Vinicio Cristofol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Anier Lehoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eleuterio Mikolas hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Real Palermo's Vinicio Cristofol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Mikolas in the 38th minute of play. Basilio Asur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Valerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 played minutes Koi got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Muc. Eleuterio Mikolas struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Vinicio Cristofol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Koi. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saturnino Gagriel was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Koi's Eleuterio Mikolas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vinicio Cristofol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Real Palermo defense, Tobias Sein kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vinicio Cristofol. The Real Palermo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vinicio Cristofol should have stopped the shot. Real Palermo's Vinicio Cristofol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Lehoi in the 64th minute of play. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rigoberto Cordeara scored 5-2 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Asur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Koi had played much better football throughout.
