In the 11th minute Cristian Rozarius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Niguel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Don Johnson F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Fraco came free, but Apolo Palban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Don Johnson F.C's Apolo Palban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Llanos in the 14th minute of play. Apolo Palban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Llanos, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. AFC Wimbledon's Americo Fraco got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Rozarius in the 25th minute of play forced AFC Wimbledon's goalkeeper Osvaldo Niguel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Cristian Rozarius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Osvaldo Niguel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristian Rozarius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prudencio Jurdan got free with Apolo Palban in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristian Rozarius to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Rozarius in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Osvaldo Niguel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Apolo Palban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Rafe, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Don Johnson F.C's zone, Mauro Rafe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Palban came out of the goal and Mauro Rafe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Rozarius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Osvaldo Niguel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osvaldo Niguel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Rozarius in the 66th minute of the match. Apolo Palban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Fraco in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Don Johnson F.C's Cristian Rozarius got a free kick in the 68th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Rafe in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Apolo Palban saved Don Johnson F.C from getting behind. 71 minutes into the match, Don Johnson F.C's Cristian Rozarius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osvaldo Niguel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Apolo Palban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Rafe in the 72nd minute of play. If Cristian Rozarius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Apolo Palban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Fraco, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 80 played minutes AFC Wimbledon got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Bonifaco. When Cristian Rozarius came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Don Johnson F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Rozarius couldn't finish the play. Feliciano Torres struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Osvaldo Niguel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Don Johnson F.C. After a rather tough play, Don Johnson F.C's Saverio Corderun got a free kick in the 96th minute. Don Johnson F.C were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
