First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Iker Ur kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Leonel Nayely, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Venancio Luzaide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Errando in the 19th minute of play. After 26 played minutes Dead End FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Lauaxeta. A collision led to Dead End FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Victorino Bizen hit a great ball. Venancio Luzaide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Dead End FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Errando came free, but Venancio Luzaide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Elpidio Errando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Venancio Luzaide was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Cristian Sandaili charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristian Sandaili the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st minute of the match Leonel Nayely shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Venancio Luzaide showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Elpidio Errando managed to get in a good position for a shot. CROACIA F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Elpidio Errando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Venancio Luzaide breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th minute, Elpidio Errando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Venancio Luzaide made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Teodoro Oso sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute, Dead End FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Teodoro Oso fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Elpidio Errando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Luzaide having to interfere. Cristian Sandaili kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Hilario Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Bizen, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. With a little luck, Dead End FC's Venancio Luzaide got control of the ball when Teodoro Oso tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 71 minutes, Iker Ur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dead End FC and the CROACIA F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iker Ur kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, CROACIA F.C's Benedicto Tino got a free kick in the 79th minute. After having played for 83 minutes, Placido Lidon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dead End FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Lidon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elpidio Errando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Luzaide having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Dead End FC's goalkeeper Venancio Luzaide had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Oso.
