An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Laurin in the 25th minute of play forced Atraucó FC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Guerau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Scaloneta F.C were furious when Baldomiro Arixo was red carded, 52 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests.
