The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, Ricardo Arlo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Artemio Marquez, 1-0. After a rather tough play, CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s Rodolfo Leobardo got a free kick in the 26th minute. Fausto Millan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cosme Asur came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the CaPocaNioNieRi F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosme Asur couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ricardo Arlo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Artemio Marquez. That made the score 2-0 in the 39 minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Gervasio Suero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Excelxion's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CaPocaNioNieRi F.C. the free kick. In the 42nd match minute, Excelxion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervasio Suero to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Argi in the 44th minute of play forced Excelxion's goalkeeper Ermegildo Formerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Faustino Roano was slow to take the kick. During this time Excelxion's players had a chance to rest. Excelxion's Faustino Roano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Artemio Marquez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cayetano Argi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Fausto Millan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Marquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artemio Marquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Arlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of CaPocaNioNieRi F.C. booed when Excelxion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Elazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 60 played minutes, CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s Erasmo Jago shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ermegildo Formerio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CaPocaNioNieRi F.C. reached it. 62 minutes into the match, Fausto Millan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Artemio Marquez. CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fausto Millan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s goalkeeper Artemio Marquez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fausto Millan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Artemio Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gervasio Suero was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. In the 72nd minute, Gervasio Suero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute of the match Erasmo Jago sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ermegildo Formerio skillfully saved the ball. If Fausto Millan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s Rodolfo Leobardo got a free kick in the 88th minute. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Cayetano Argi took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Ermegildo Formerio to make any attempt to save it. When the referee ended the match the Excelxion players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
