When Mateo Eliazar came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Jauria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mateo Eliazar couldn't finish the play. Gregorio Musko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcos Atauri's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Mateo Eliazar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gregorio Musko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Mateo Eliazar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gregorio Musko was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ciriaco Cuartio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Eliseo Haitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Ciriaco Cuartio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eliseo Haitz, passed just outside the right post. Eliseo Haitz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 23rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Raimundo Orlin. 30 minutes into the match, Anchorena's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Atauri came free, but Gregorio Musko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gregorio Musko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Eliazar in the 32nd minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Anchorena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Herrera to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Atauri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliseo Haitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Cuartio in the 39th minute of the match. The supporters of Anchorena booed when Jauria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Abaurre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateo Eliazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcos Atauri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Musko having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mateo Eliazar to strike the kick off in the second half. Gregorio Musko made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Marcos Atauri sent off a good shot on target. If Ciriaco Cuartio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ciriaco Cuartio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Eliseo Haitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquilino Lauaxeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Haitz having to interfere. The tension between the Anchorena and the Jauria players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Jauria booed when Anchorena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Manny didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Eliazar in the 75th minute of play forced Anchorena's goalkeeper Gregorio Musko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Fabricio Ignazio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute, Anchorena's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marcos Atauri fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 95 minutes into the match, Marcos Atauri notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Anchorena's Gregorio Musko. Gregorio Musko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jauria's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
