The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Atraucó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Argi came free, but Jeronimo Guerau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of CaPocaNioNieRi F.C. booed when Atraucó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Jaizki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeronimo Guerau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cosme Asur in the 7th minute. Rosendo Ibar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejo Handi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Marquez having to interfere. The supporters of Atraucó FC booed when CaPocaNioNieRi F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Argi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Cayetano Argi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atraucó FC's Jeronimo Guerau was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th match minute, Atraucó FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cayetano Argi in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeronimo Guerau saved Atraucó FC from getting behind. Felix Jaizki's late challenge caught a CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Jaizki helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Atraucó FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Felix Jaizki hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Izotz in the 23rd minute of play forced Atraucó FC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Guerau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jairo Servando during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to CaPocaNioNieRi F.C. getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Jairo Servando hit a great ball. After 29 played minutes, Atraucó FC's Amadeo Jordy shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Artemio Marquez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atraucó FC reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Atraucó FC's zone, Cosme Asur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeronimo Guerau came out of the goal and Cosme Asur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute, Cayetano Argi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jeronimo Guerau, passed just outside the right post. When CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s Cayetano Argi in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atraucó FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Rosendo Ibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddy Izotz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jeronimo Guerau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rosendo Ibar to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Ibar in the 52nd minute of play forced CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s goalkeeper Artemio Marquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejo Handi got free with Artemio Marquez in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jeronimo Guerau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Asur in the 55th minute of the match. After 56 minutes of play, CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s Cayetano Argi made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeronimo Guerau was left in no man's land by his defense there! Atraucó FC's Rosendo Ibar got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s goalkeeper Artemio Marquez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leandro Fernandez. Jairo Servando got his second yellow card in the match during the 65th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 66th minute, Jairo Servando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Rosendo Ibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gogo Roldan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Guerau having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Rodolfo Leobardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. CaPocaNioNieRi F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Rodolfo Leobardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeronimo Guerau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 83 minutes into the match, Atraucó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Asur came free, but Jeronimo Guerau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute Cayetano Argi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Guerau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to CaPocaNioNieRi F.C. getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Erasmo Jago hit a great ball. Jeronimo Guerau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Roldan in the 87th minute of the match. Cosme Asur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
