Ciriaco Cordarryl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Marcones having to interfere. Eustacio Marcones took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Cordarryl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ciriaco Cordarryl made the kick off in the second half. Filiberto Erruki kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Gonzalo Hermon was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 52nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 53 minutes, Martin Gorka mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Chupa chichi and the Celina CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Chupa chichi's Martin Gorka got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Celina CF's Eustacio Marcones played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Cordarryl in the 71st minute of play. Ciriaco Cordarryl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute Pastor Enol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustacio Marcones saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Celina CF's goal looked a bit too open when Ciriaco Cordarryl came free, but Eustacio Marcones reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cipriano Erauso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faustino Ralondo in the 95th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Celina CF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
