Pastor Enol struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Cornelio Llanos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Chupa chichi. Cornelio Llanos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Cordarryl in the 26th minute of the match. Albino Uhin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Erauso having to interfere. Guaberto Corderall spun around in front of the goal 30 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Deportivo Chupa chichi's goal. In the 36th minute Guaberto Corderall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Erauso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 38 minutes, Pastor Enol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Chupa chichi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pastor Enol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ciriaco Cordarryl might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cornelio Llanos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ciriaco Cordarryl ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ciriaco Cordarryl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cornelio Llanos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Enol in the 52nd minute of play. Benigno Nastasio kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Benavides FC's Armando Bernaldo tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Pastor Enol blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cornelio Llanos having to make a save. Ciriaco Cordarryl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cornelio Llanos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Pastor Enol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cipriano Erauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Corderall in the 65th minute of play. Albino Uhin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filiberto Erruki was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 71 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Deportivo Chupa chichi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Benavides FC:s goal. In the 73rd minute there was a penalty for Benavides FC. Armando Bernaldo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cipriano Erauso. 1-1. In the 80th minute Paulo Palben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Erauso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Chupa chichi's goalkeeper Cipriano Erauso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Benavides FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Armando Bernaldo hit a great ball. Albino Uhin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Albino Uhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
