The wind increased when Leo Quico made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Chinchinales AFC's Gregorio Oxarra got a free kick in the 56th minute. Godwin Xuereb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Mosen, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Gilberto Mosen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Godwin Xuereb read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Gilberto Mosen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godwin Xuereb having to interfere. Armando Bladi took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Godwin Xuereb. Godwin Xuereb dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Gregorio Oxarra charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gregorio Oxarra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th match minute, Chinchinales AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorio Oxarra to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Chinchinales AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Dorio came free, but Victorino Ralondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, one of Chinchinales AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chinchinales AFC. Romulo Leguizamón shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Pedro Dorio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Victorino Ralondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CALERA fully deserved thier win.
