When Amador Abeitia fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LA MOLE FC's protests and gave Amador Abeitia a yellow card for diving instead. Amador Abeitia hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Bernasconi AFC's Adrian Bermund couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 8th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for LA MOLE FC. Urbano Chaime made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Cesar Cisco sent off a good shot on target. Haroldo Sanchez kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Enzo Heriberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Bastian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Estevez's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Oscar Bastian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Estevez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Bastian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Egun, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as LA MOLE FC's Filiberto Etxatxu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Urbano Chaime. That made the score 1-0 after 31 minutes of play. Oscar Bastian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Egun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Lino Estevez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oscar Bastian was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Oscar Bastian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Estevez's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Enzo Heriberto kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. If Sergio Egun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in LA MOLE FC's zone, Nicanor Eufrasio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Bastian came out of the goal and Nicanor Eufrasio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Bernasconi AFC's Lino Estevez in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LA MOLE FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 45 played minutes Bernasconi AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Eufrasio. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lino Estevez to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Estevez in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Bastian saved LA MOLE FC from getting behind. In the 64th match minute, LA MOLE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Abeitia to maneuver through the defense. Oscar Bastian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergio Egun went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Sergio Egun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lino Estevez was extremely unlucky when he, in the 72nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abelardo Llope during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to LA MOLE FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Abelardo Llope hit a great ball. Oscar Bastian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Estevez's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Lino Estevez lined in a short shot 1-3 behind a frustrated Oscar Bastian. 85 minutes into the match, Bernasconi AFC's Sergio Egun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oscar Bastian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lino Estevez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Bastian having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Estevez in the 97th minute of play forced LA MOLE FC's goalkeeper Oscar Bastian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 98th minute of the match Abelardo Llope completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Abelardo Llope a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to LA MOLE FC getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Abelardo Llope hit a great ball. Bernasconi AFC played a much better game than LA MOLE FC and deserved their victory. The LA MOLE FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
