Conrado Dalmau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Conrado Dalmau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Estevez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sergio Egun succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 34th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Dominix in the 38th minute of play forced Bernasconi AFC's goalkeeper Urbano Chaime to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nicanor Eufrasio fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bernasconi AFC's protests and gave Nicanor Eufrasio a yellow card for diving instead. Urbano Chaime showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Froila, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Sergio Egun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Dalmau having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

58 minutes into the match, Bernasconi AFC's Lino Estevez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Conrado Dalmau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 59 minutes, Sergio Egun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bernasconi AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sergio Egun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 63 minutes into the game, Lino Estevez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Conrado Dalmau was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 68th minute of the match, Flavio Dominix got a very nice opportunity to score, but Urbano Chaime was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico La Tablada's Rodolfo Froila got a free kick in the 70th minute. Lino Estevez scored 4-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Conrado Dalmau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Club Atletico La Tablada's Rodolfo Froila got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sergio Egun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Conrado Dalmau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Aldo Macerio hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 80 minutes of play, Bernasconi AFC's Sergio Egun made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conrado Dalmau was left in no man's land by his defense there! Haroldo Sanchez hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Urbano Chaime showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Froila in the 86th minute of the match. After 88 minutes, Fernando Paez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bernasconi AFC and the Club Atletico La Tablada players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fernando Paez kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico La Tablada's zone, Lino Estevez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Dalmau came out of the goal and Lino Estevez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernasconi AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
