Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Moises Guillerme started the match with the kick off. Guido Cordera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Efrain Kaxen made a huge save. Pichaihué's Arturo Christobal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Umbruso in the 5th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club's zone, Aaron Romelio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Efrain Kaxen came out of the goal and Aaron Romelio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 10 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goalkeeper Efrain Kaxen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aaron Romelio. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albano Eron in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Efrain Kaxen saved Racing Club from getting behind. Aaron Romelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Efrain Kaxen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efrain Kaxen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Eron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelino Costante's late challenge caught a Pichaihué's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelino Costante helped the player get up and apologised. Angelino Costante kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Guido Cordera missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 24 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Efrain Kaxen right hand side. 29 minutes into the match, Pichaihué's Albano Eron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Efrain Kaxen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Narciso Jaizki charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Narciso Jaizki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd minute, Narciso Jaizki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th match minute, Pichaihué was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Goiz to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Pichaihué booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Jaizki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jesus Bermudo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 47th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Albano Eron made the kick off in the second half. If Albano Eron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, Aaron Romelio notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Racing Club's Efrain Kaxen. Efrain Kaxen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Cidro to maneuver through the defense. Albano Eron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Aaron Romelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 minutes of play, Pichaihué's Aaron Romelio made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Efrain Kaxen was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Club's goalkeeper Efrain Kaxen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aaron Romelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Efrain Kaxen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efrain Kaxen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Eron in the 87th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club's zone, Aaron Romelio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Efrain Kaxen came out of the goal and Aaron Romelio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pichaihué had played much better football throughout.
