Roman Eneto kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Göksun Temizsoy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leon Gasteiz. Talacasto FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Göksun Temizsoy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Göksun Temizsoy struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Leon Gasteiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Proyecto Resurgir F.C.. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelino Inge in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leon Gasteiz saved Talacasto FC from getting behind. Silverio Clementi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Leon Gasteiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leon Gasteiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelino Inge's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. After 25 minutes, Roman Eneto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Talacasto FC and the Proyecto Resurgir F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 26 played minutes Talacasto FC got a freekick which was hit by Roman Eneto. If Angelino Inge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelino Inge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Talacasto FC's zone, Göksun Temizsoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Gasteiz came out of the goal and Göksun Temizsoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Mehmet Emin Kökten might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leon Gasteiz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehmet Emin Kökten ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Göksun Temizsoy got free with Leon Gasteiz in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Talacasto FC's goalkeeper Leon Gasteiz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Talacasto FC's Leon Gasteiz got control of the ball when Mehmet Emin Kökten tried to sneak it across the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Mehmet Emin Kökten dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leon Gasteiz, 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Flores in the 76th minute of play forced Talacasto FC's goalkeeper Leon Gasteiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hipolito Alvarez hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Mehmet Emin Köktens short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Leon Gasteiz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 84 in the game by Mehmet Emin Kökten from a close distance when the talented Leon Gasteiz managed to make a qualified save. Talacasto FC's players were relieved. Leon Gasteiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Emin Kökten in the 91st minute of the match. Zacarias Perutxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Scoponi having to interfere. After some careless play in the Talacasto FC defense, Mehmet Emin Kökten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leon Gasteiz. The Talacasto FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leon Gasteiz should have stopped the shot. Proyecto Resurgir F.C. played a much better game than Talacasto FC and deserved their victory. The Talacasto FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
