In the 3rd match minute, Luca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelino Ferrando to maneuver through the defense. Saint Laurent's Joel Oso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Cai in the 11th minute of play. Isaias Grabiel hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Hermengildo Otsoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luca's Isaac Todor couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Saint Laurent. Joel Oso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Bastian, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Eate in the 32nd minute of play forced Luca's goalkeeper Ciriaco Berenguer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saint Laurent's Joel Oso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Bastian in the 33rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hermengildo Otsoa got free with Ciriaco Berenguer in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Saint Laurent defense, Artemio Bastian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Oso. The Saint Laurent fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Oso should have stopped the shot. Hermengildo Otsoa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciriaco Berenguer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Santos Eate made the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Julian Cai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saint Laurent's Joel Oso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joel Oso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Cai, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Artemio Bastian's late challenge caught a Saint Laurent's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artemio Bastian helped the player get up and apologised. Artemio Bastian hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Francisco Montay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Luca's Julian Cai in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Saint Laurent's goalie prevented a goal. Saint Laurent's Joel Oso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Cai in the 75th minute of play. After having played for 77 minutes, Artemio Bastian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Artemio Bastian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julian Cai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Joel Oso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Julian Cai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Oso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Cai, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Artemio Bastian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santos Eate kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After having played for 91 minutes, Hermengildo Otsoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saint Laurent's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermengildo Otsoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by Luca's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adan Rafel was slow to take the kick. During this time Saint Laurent's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Adan Rafel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ciriaco Berenguer quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
