Freddy Manni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Gines having to interfere. If Zeledon Bartolome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Medanitos's Filomeno Maraman got a free kick in the 37th minute. Niceto Matteo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Bartolome, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. If Ruperto Iruinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 54th minute of the match Chaco 6 got a corner. Medanitos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eleuterio Lastur ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Eleuterio Lastur almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Medanitos's Niceto Matteo did a great save. After having played for 59 minutes, Iker Aznar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chaco 6's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iker Aznar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iker Aznar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niceto Matteo having to make a save. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Medanitos's goalkeeper Niceto Matteo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Medanitos booed when Chaco 6 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Panpili didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niceto Matteo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Aznar, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Medanitos's goal looked a bit too open when Iker Aznar came free, but Niceto Matteo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Chaco 6's zone, Dante Txordon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Gines came out of the goal and Dante Txordon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute of the match, Ruperto Iruinea got a very nice opportunity to score, but Javier Gines was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 91stth minute of the game Zeledon Bartolome who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Medanitos's Niceto Matteo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Javier Gines made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Iruinea in the 96th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
