Omar Pitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Polentzi in the 14th minute of play. Eduardo Bernaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Pitin having to interfere. Tobias Hunfredo hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Chiriguanos's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Padro came free, but Edelmiro Hulberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Cayetano Fernendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Hulberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edelmiro Hulberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Fernendo in the 22nd minute of the match. If Teodoro Rosalio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
