Jeronimo Quexal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Rogelio Maureo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Incendio in the 8th minute of play forced Echagüe Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Rogelio Maureo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeronimo Quexal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 15 minutes into the match, universidad man city jrs's Zacarias Incendio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rogelio Maureo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zacarias Incendio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 21st minute. universidad man city jrs's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Robustiano Benitez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rogelio Maureo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, universidad man city jrs's Severo Erramu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rogelio Maureo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Robustiano Benitez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Gai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Bastiaro in the 32nd minute of play. Robustiano Benitez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Maureo having to interfere. If Emilio Bastiaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Zacarias Incendio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rogelio Maureo. That made the score 1-0 in the 43 minute of play. Zacarias Incendio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Maureo having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emilio Bastiaro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Robustiano Benitez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucio Raebert's late challenge caught a universidad man city jrs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucio Raebert helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of universidad man city jrs booed when Echagüe Fútbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Raebert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rogelio Maureo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Benitez in the 59th minute of the match. Robustiano Benitez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robustiano Benitez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rogelio Maureo having to make a save. 65 minutes into the game, universidad man city jrs's Jeronimo Quexal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rogelio Maureo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 69 played minutes Echagüe Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Cordarrell. Emilio Bastiaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Gai having to interfere. After 76 minutes of play, universidad man city jrs's Robustiano Benitez made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rogelio Maureo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zacarias Incendio might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rogelio Maureo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zacarias Incendio ran back to his position shaking his head. Zacarias Incendio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rogelio Maureo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Quexal in the 86th minute of play. universidad man city jrs's Claudio Gai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Bastiaro in the 90th minute of play. After having played for 94 minutes, Emilio Bastiaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Echagüe Fútbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emilio Bastiaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the universidad man city jrs players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
